If Returning unused tracks: The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the shipping both directions plus the 3% credit card fee when purchased and that will be deducted from your refund before it is issued.
DELIVERY POLICY: Tracking numbers are provided the next morning after products are shipped. Shipping will be LTL or UPS based on weight of product. Shipping will vary from 1-7 business days based on your location and the closest warehouse location that has the product you are purchasing. All will be determined for you prior to placing your order.
Cancellation Policy: If Cancelling before Product has shipped then you will be issued a full refund. If cancelling after product is shipped then you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping to you and the cost of the shipping back to the warehouse and the 3% credit card fee will be deducted from your refund before being issued to you.
This is How The 12Month/1,000hour Warranty Works At The Trax Guy. I will always make sure that you stay up and running while waiting for a determination of any warranty claim. When you purchase and receive your Tracks:
1. We ask that you take a picture when installing, of the Tracks, Hours on Machine and Serial Number of the Tracks and then text it to me to mark date and time of installation.
2. In the unlikely event that a manufacturer failure occurs it is usually within less than 3 months depending on use of machine. I will then ask you to take pictures of the failure, serial number of failed track and text them to me. I will forward to manufacturers warranty department and immediately do up an invoice and send you another track so you can keep running until warranty department can determine if a warranty is valid.
3. Moral Obligations: I will always do everything I can to make sure that you are taken care of but If the warranty department provides evidence that it wasn’t manufacturer fault and that it was customer neglect then I require the customer be honest and pay for the replacement track that I already sent you.
